Rolland Plumbing Service provides plumbing services in Morenci, AZ for homes, rentals, restaurants and commercial buildings. Drains, sewers, water heaters, slab leaks, gas lines and fixtures, all handled by crews who work Morenci and southern and eastern Arizona every week and know what the local housing stock is made of.
Longer drives mean we plan the visit properly, bring the likely parts and try to finish in one trip instead of booking you a second appointment.
Housing stock around Morenci spans a century. We check pipe material first, because a 1920s cast iron main and a 2015 PVC main are entirely different jobs.
Seasonal note for Morenci: Summer storms around Morenci put sudden load on yard drains and older sewer lines.
An emergency is anything you cannot stop, anything coming back into the house, no water at all, or a gas smell. Those get dispatched immediately in Morenci, at any hour, with no after-hours surcharge. If you are unsure whether yours qualifies, call and describe it - we will give you an honest answer rather than sending a truck you do not need.
While you wait: shut the water off at the main if water is escaping, kill power to any circuit near the water, and photograph the damage before you clean up.
Every job in Morenci is quoted flat-rate before work starts. A straightforward drain clearing through an accessible cleanout sits at the low end. Water heater replacement, slab leak repair and sewer work sit higher, because they involve more labour, more equipment and sometimes excavation.
The things that move the price are access, pipe material, the age of the system and whether a permit is required. We work all of that out during diagnosis and give you a number for each option - including, where it applies, the option of doing nothing yet.
We cover houses, rentals, HOAs and commercial premises in Morenci: restaurants, retail units, offices and multi-unit buildings. Commercial jobs are scheduled around trading hours wherever possible, and property managers can run multiple Morenci addresses under a single account.
Every service below has its own Morenci page with local detail and pricing guidance.

The quote was the price. That sounds like a low bar but it is not, based on my last few experiences with contractors here in Morenci.
Had them out for backed-up drain and ended up asking about a couple of other things while they were here. Got honest answers, including 'that one can wait a year'. That is why I will call them again.
Second time using them. First was an emergency, this time it was planned work. Same experience both times: quote up front, no creeping extras, and they turned up when they said.
Yes. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty and our workmanship is backed in writing. If something we repaired fails within the guarantee period, we come back and put it right.
Yes. Rolland Plumbing Service runs a 24 hour plumber service in Morenci every day of the year, including weekends and public holidays. There is no separate after-hours rate, so a 2am call costs the same as a 2pm one.
Everything from a running toilet to a full repipe: drain cleaning, sewer line repair and replacement, hydro jetting, water heater repair and installation, tankless conversions, leak and slab leak detection, gas lines, water softeners, sump pumps, fixtures and commercial work.
We quote flat-rate, not hourly, so you know the number before work begins. A straightforward drain clearing sits at the low end, a water heater replacement or sewer repair at the higher end. The diagnostic visit is explained on the phone up front and there are no add-ons discovered halfway through.
For emergencies in Morenci we dispatch immediately and most calls are attended the same day, often within a couple of hours. For scheduled work you pick a window that suits you. Call (888) 809-6756 and the dispatcher will give you a real arrival time rather than a vague 'sometime today'.
Often we can narrow it down on the phone, which helps us bring the right parts. Describe what you are seeing, hearing or smelling when you call (888) 809-6756 and we will tell you what it most likely is and what it usually costs to put right.
