When you call or email us we collect the information you give us: your name, contact details, service address and a description of the problem. We use it to schedule and carry out the work, to invoice you, and to contact you about that job.
This site may use analytics to understand which pages are useful. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. This site embeds Google Maps on location pages; Google's own privacy terms apply to that embed. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts.
To provide the service you asked for, to keep records required for warranty and tax purposes, and to contact you about your job. We do not sell your information.
We share information only where necessary to complete your job - for example with a supplier ordering a part - or where we are legally required to.
We keep job records for as long as needed to honour warranties and meet legal and accounting obligations.
