The terms that apply to work we carry out.
Quotes are flat rate and given in writing before work begins. A quote covers the work described in it. If additional work is found once a system is opened up, we stop, explain what we have found, and give you a revised quote to approve before continuing.
Emergency and after-hours calls are charged at the same rates as scheduled daytime work. Arrival windows for emergency calls are estimates and can be affected by conditions outside our control.
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is warranted for the period stated on your invoice. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, by work carried out by others, or by pre-existing conditions we identified and you chose not to address.
We need safe access to the work area. Where excavation is required, you are responsible for identifying private underground utilities and irrigation not covered by public utility locating.
Payment is due on completion unless other terms have been agreed in writing. Larger jobs may require a materials deposit, which will be stated in the quote.
Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to someone else.
