Gas work is verification work. A suspected leak gets located with a combustible gas detector and confirmed with solution on the joint, and the whole system gets isolated and pressure tested on a manometer with a timed hold - a gauge that drops at all is a fail, and we do not sign off on anything that will not hold. Material and sizing are the other half of the job: black iron and CSST have different requirements, and CSST needs proper bonding. Line size follows the total BTU load of every appliance and the distance from the meter, which is exactly why an undersized run shows up as a furnace and a water heater that will not run at the same time, or a new tankless heater that faults under load. We fit sediment traps at appliance drops, pull the permit where one is required, and leave you the test result. If you can smell gas now, leave the building and call the gas utility first - then call us.

Turned up on time, wore covers over their boots without being asked, and walked me through the work afterwards. Straightforward from start to finish.
Called at 11pm with water coming through the ceiling. Someone picked up straight away, gave me a window, and the truck showed up inside it. Found the split, fixed it, showed me the piece of pipe. Price was what they said on the phone.
Second time using them. First was an emergency, this time it was planned work. Same experience both times: quote up front, no creeping extras, and they turned up when they said.
Live dispatch, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Tell us what the water is doing and we will tell you what it costs before anyone picks up a tool.

Tankless units draw far more gas at peak than a tank does. If the existing line and meter cannot supply it, the unit underperforms or faults, so sizing is part of the quote.
Yes. New runs for ranges, dryers, grills, fire pits, pool heaters and generators, sized correctly and pressure tested.
Leave the building. Do not switch anything on or off, including lights, and do not use a phone inside. From outside, call your gas utility's emergency line, then call us at (888) 809-6756.
Always. Every gas job is tested and documented before it is signed off.
We quote flat-rate, not hourly, so you know the number before work begins. A straightforward drain clearing sits at the low end, a water heater replacement or sewer repair at the higher end. The diagnostic visit is explained on the phone up front and there are no add-ons discovered halfway through.
If water is escaping, shut off the supply. There is usually an isolation valve at the fixture and a main shut-off where the line enters the property or at the meter. If it is a gas smell, leave the building first and call from outside. Then call (888) 809-6756.
