Live dispatch around the clock for burst pipes, flooding and no-water calls.
See details →24/7 emergency plumbing, drain cleaning, water heater repair and leak detection in Rillito and across the Tucson region. Flat-rate pricing, same-day appointments.
Need an affordable plumber in Rillito who will tell you the price before the work starts? That is the whole idea here. We diagnose first, explain what we found in plain language, give you a flat number, and only then start. No overtime rate, no weekend surcharge.
Older Rillito additions were often plumbed on the cheap. When we open a wall we check the whole run rather than patch one fitting and leave.
Mature trees through central Rillito neighbourhoods send roots straight to the moisture in a sewer joint. Recurring backups are almost always roots, not soap.
Seasonal note for Rillito: Summer monsoon runoff around Rillito overloads yard drains and finds every weak sewer joint it can.
An emergency is anything you cannot stop, anything coming back into the house, no water at all, or a gas smell. Those get dispatched immediately in Rillito, at any hour, with no after-hours surcharge. If you are unsure whether yours qualifies, call and describe it - we will give you an honest answer rather than sending a truck you do not need.
While you wait: shut the water off at the main if water is escaping, kill power to any circuit near the water, and photograph the damage before you clean up.
Every job in Rillito is quoted flat-rate before work starts. A straightforward drain clearing through an accessible cleanout sits at the low end. Water heater replacement, slab leak repair and sewer work sit higher, because they involve more labour, more equipment and sometimes excavation.
The things that move the price are access, pipe material, the age of the system and whether a permit is required. We work all of that out during diagnosis and give you a number for each option - including, where it applies, the option of doing nothing yet.
We cover houses, rentals, HOAs and commercial premises in Rillito: restaurants, retail units, offices and multi-unit buildings. Commercial jobs are scheduled around trading hours wherever possible, and property managers can run multiple Rillito addresses under a single account.
Every service below has its own Rillito page with local detail and pricing guidance.

Fast, polite and they did not try to upsell me on anything. The invoice matched the quote to the dollar. In Rillito that is worth a lot.
Honest is the word. He could easily have told me I needed a replacement and I would have believed him. Instead it was a part, it cost a fraction, and he told me roughly how long the unit has left so I can budget.
Turned up on time, wore covers over their boots without being asked, and walked me through the work afterwards. Straightforward from start to finish.

If water is escaping, shut off the supply. There is usually an isolation valve at the fixture and a main shut-off where the line enters the property or at the meter. If it is a gas smell, leave the building first and call from outside. Then call (888) 809-6756.
