Emergency Plumbing in Surprise
Burst pipes, flooding and no-water calls, 24/7.
Cabling and camera work that clears the blockage and shows you the cause. Serving Surprise and the rest of the Phoenix metro area, with flat-rate pricing and 24/7 emergency dispatch.
A slow drain and a blocked drain are different jobs and get diagnosed differently. If one fixture is slow, the problem is in that trap or branch line and a hand auger or a small cable clears it. If several fixtures back up together, or the lowest drain in the house floods when an upstairs fixture runs, the blockage is in the main and the branch work is wasted effort. Our technicians run the cable from a proper cleanout rather than pulling a toilet when there is any alternative, match the cutter head to the line diameter, and then camera the line afterwards on repeat blockages. A drain that clogs every few weeks is telling you something structural - roots, a belly, a broken section, or scale narrowing the bore - and clearing it again without looking just sells you the same visit next month.
A drain cleaning problem in Surprise rarely improves on its own. Cabling and camera work that clears the blockage and shows you the cause. Rolland Plumbing Service runs crews through Surprise and the wider the Phoenix metro area daily, so we can normally get someone to you today.
Four steps. Nothing starts until you have agreed a price.
Describe what the water is doing. The dispatcher tells you the call-out cost and a realistic arrival window for Surprise rather than an all-day promise, and will walk you through shutting the water off if it needs shutting off now.
The technician finds the actual cause instead of treating the symptom, and will show you what they found - the camera footage, the pressure reading, the failed part in their hand.
You get a fixed number in writing for each realistic option, including the cheap one where a cheap one exists. What you approve is what appears on the invoice, and there is no after-hours rate in Surprise.
Most jobs finish on the first visit. We test what we fixed under real conditions before packing up, leave the area as we found it, and tell you what to keep an eye on.
We dispatch to Surprise every day of the week, and there is no travel surcharge for the neighbouring towns across the Phoenix metro area. If you are searching for “drain cleaning Surprise” or simply “sink drains slowly Surprise”, this is the crew that turns up.
Most homes here sit on post-tension or conventional slabs, so a pressurised line failure shows up as a warm floor rather than a puddle. That is why we locate before we cut.
Worth knowing in Surprise: Monsoon storms between June and September push debris into yard drains and put sudden load on sewer lines across Surprise.
This is one of the calls we dispatch immediately, day or night. There is no after-hours rate in Surprise - a 3am call is billed the same as a 3pm one. Tell the dispatcher what you can see, hear or smell and we will tell you what to do while you wait.
We quote flat-rate before starting, so there is no meter running while we work. The price depends on access, the age and material of what is already there, how much of it is affected, and whether a permit applies. We diagnose first, tell you what we found, and put a fixed number against each realistic option.
Where a cheaper option will genuinely hold, we say so. Where a repair would only postpone a replacement by a few months, we say that too, and let you decide.
We cover Surprise and the rest of the Phoenix metro area for drain cleaning. There is no travel surcharge for neighbouring towns.

Turned up on time, wore covers over their boots without being asked, and walked me through the work afterwards. Straightforward from start to finish.
Blocked kitchen drain on a Sunday, which of course it was. No weekend surcharge, no lecture, just sorted it. I have already given the number to two neighbours.
Had them out for blocked kitchen drain and ended up asking about a couple of other things while they were here. Got honest answers, including 'that one can wait a year'. That is why I will call them again.
Live dispatch, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Tell us what the water is doing and we will tell you what it costs before anyone picks up a tool.
Yes, and it matters. One slow fixture is usually a local blockage. Multiple fixtures backing up at once points at the main line, and that is a bigger job that needs a camera before anyone guesses.
We would rather you did not. Caustic cleaners rarely shift a real blockage, they sit in the trap generating heat, and they damage older pipe and seals. They also make the line hazardous for whoever opens it next.
Because the blockage was punched through rather than removed, or because there is a fault in the line holding material back. We camera the pipe after clearing in Surprise so you can see whether you are looking at maintenance or a repair.
No. Cabling cuts a path through the blockage and is right for most household clogs. Hydro jetting scours the pipe wall back to full diameter and is what you want for grease, scale or repeat offenders.
It is quoted flat-rate before we start and depends on access and which line is affected. A sink or tub through an accessible cleanout is at the low end; a main line with no cleanout costs more because of the access work. Call (888) 809-6756 for a number.
Yes. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty and our workmanship is backed in writing. If something we repaired fails within the guarantee period, we come back and put it right.
Often we can narrow it down on the phone, which helps us bring the right parts. Describe what you are seeing, hearing or smelling when you call (888) 809-6756 and we will tell you what it most likely is and what it usually costs to put right.
