Rolland Plumbing Service has been serving Valentine and the rest of western Arizona and the Colorado River corridor since 2009. We are the number people keep for the emergency plumber Valentine call, and also the one they use for the unglamorous jobs: a running toilet, a garbage disposal that hums, a water heater that has started to rumble.
Seasonal residents make up a large share of Valentine. Homes closed for months come back to stale lines, failed water heaters and leaks nobody was there to catch.
Hard river water shortens the life of water heaters and fixtures throughout Valentine. Softening pays for itself quickly here.
Seasonal note for Valentine: Peak summer heat around Valentine is when water heaters and exposed supply lines fail most often.
An emergency is anything you cannot stop, anything coming back into the house, no water at all, or a gas smell. Those get dispatched immediately in Valentine, at any hour, with no after-hours surcharge. If you are unsure whether yours qualifies, call and describe it - we will give you an honest answer rather than sending a truck you do not need.
While you wait: shut the water off at the main if water is escaping, kill power to any circuit near the water, and photograph the damage before you clean up.
Every job in Valentine is quoted flat-rate before work starts. A straightforward drain clearing through an accessible cleanout sits at the low end. Water heater replacement, slab leak repair and sewer work sit higher, because they involve more labour, more equipment and sometimes excavation.
The things that move the price are access, pipe material, the age of the system and whether a permit is required. We work all of that out during diagnosis and give you a number for each option - including, where it applies, the option of doing nothing yet.
We cover houses, rentals, HOAs and commercial premises in Valentine: restaurants, retail units, offices and multi-unit buildings. Commercial jobs are scheduled around trading hours wherever possible, and property managers can run multiple Valentine addresses under a single account.
Every service below has its own Valentine page with local detail and pricing guidance.

Tell us what you are seeing, hearing or smelling. We will narrow it down on the phone, tell you what it most likely is, and give you an arrival window in Valentine.
Cameras, meters, pressure tests and listening equipment as needed. You get told what actually failed and why, not just what it will cost.
You approve a fixed number before anything starts. We finish in one visit wherever the parts allow, clean up, and back the workmanship in writing.

Our backed-up drain had been getting worse for weeks and two other companies just wanted to sell us a whole new system. These guys ran a camera, showed me the footage on a tablet, and it turned out to be one section. Saved us thousands.
Backed-up drain on a Sunday, which of course it was. No weekend surcharge, no lecture, just sorted it. I have already given the number to two neighbours.
Honest is the word. He could easily have told me I needed a replacement and I would have believed him. Instead it was a part, it cost a fraction, and he told me roughly how long the unit has left so I can budget.
We quote flat-rate, not hourly, so you know the number before work begins. A straightforward drain clearing sits at the low end, a water heater replacement or sewer repair at the higher end. The diagnostic visit is explained on the phone up front and there are no add-ons discovered halfway through.
Often we can narrow it down on the phone, which helps us bring the right parts. Describe what you are seeing, hearing or smelling when you call (888) 809-6756 and we will tell you what it most likely is and what it usually costs to put right.
Everything from a running toilet to a full repipe: drain cleaning, sewer line repair and replacement, hydro jetting, water heater repair and installation, tankless conversions, leak and slab leak detection, gas lines, water softeners, sump pumps, fixtures and commercial work.
If water is escaping, shut off the supply. There is usually an isolation valve at the fixture and a main shut-off where the line enters the property or at the meter. If it is a gas smell, leave the building first and call from outside. Then call (888) 809-6756.
We cover every city in Arizona. If you are just outside Valentine we almost certainly still come to you, and there is no travel surcharge for surrounding communities.
